My famliy, which is partly Israeli, just got a Saluki (named Inigo) and my sister's name is Ella. Wow.

This video is totally great. I'm very sorry for you that Ella is dead. But there's one question I have, as you have taught her that leap? I'm trying desperately to imitate him but it just does not work.

I'd love to know how you trained for that. It would be a great thing for when a hostile dog approaches to be able to do that to protect the Saluki

My heart is breaking . . .I had a deeply loved little saluki that could have been a twin of yours, same color and build, totally obedient off-lead and just as cute and loving as could be. She died of natural causes but I still miss her terribly, even still, all these years later. What line is your hound? Maybe it's time I bring another loverly saluki into my life . . .

Ella actually dies in the summer, August 14. She has a heart problem due to a traumatic hit to the chest. She is the baby girl of my personal male, Ch. Ben Hoor Silver Ruah Midbar and a female I used to own and now living with friends Ch. Qessem Mirage. Both are from my original lines from the Israel deserts.
