Thanks Ben, this particular roof was about to get re-pointed, so the tech cleaned the pointing quite aggressively to remove any loose bits using a turbo nozzle.

But on a roof that does not require any repairs we use a soft fan nozzle to clean the pointing as it does not damage it in any way. Thanks for your relevant question, Riley. Our office number is 1300 766 108

do they really grip in the wet on terracotta tiles when pressuring?

I thought pressure on a tile or shingle roof is a no no? Chemicals are the right way to do it with a sure flow pump and 50/50 chlorine mix..,..but whatever gets the job done so thumbs up....looks good .
