They emailed me back and told me how to create my own logo and I emailed them back with a screen shot and said "Um... what you just explained does not exist" And they emailed me back and said "After looking into this further, we have realized that the customized logo for director and guru accounts is no longer available at this time." I wanted to reply "It has never been available!" But... I didn't. I just left it at that.

I think they are lying too. Nobody who just has a directors account has their own logo. They probably mean to say "Partner" account. :(

Well. I've only seen Partners have customized logos. But, it states very clearly on ALL of the FAQ and Help pages that if you have a directors account or a guru account, then you can choose or make yourself a customized logo that will appear on your front page. They say "logo", and they say you can't do it with a "youtuber" page. So. I think they are lying.

I thought customized logo's were for Partner's only? Or do they mean like a customized background on your profile page?

Ok here's the weird thing. My video response is already up but her original is now not ready yet. How can that be? I already saw it and now it's gone. Oh well. At least you can see my video. It's more fun than her's :)

Well... I realized why it doesn't work... because that feature doesn't actually exist. I emailed them and they sent me instructions on how to do it and I sent them back a screen shot showing that the buttons/links they were telling me to click on did not exist... and they emailed me back saying that the feature isn't available anymore... as if it was Ever available. Sheesh.
