The biggest terrorist in Spain, is the Popular Party. Yet, they have not condemned Francism with more than 1 million deads (Basque, Communist,Catalonian,Socialist,Homosexual, ...) and they forced Basque independentist political party, because they didn´t condemned ETA actions
