If it took you about 4 hours for 800 frames, thats 3-4 frames per minute!

Coincidentally, I just did a render test today with 800X600 resolution. I had a 358 frame sequence. No trees, or water, Just a cloud flythrough. I rendered up to frame 10. The render box was estimating 78hrs and 48mins to finish. So its going to take me at least 78 hours to render less than half the frames you did. Whats your secret?!?

when there is need of much time for rendering i divide the rendering in many days.....,so i export to bmp or jpg a certain number of frames in one day,...the next day restart from the last frame rendered and i continue to the rendering.....i know that vue has this defect howewer,biblic times of rendering.....

an advice....you try with vue 9 stream,...but ..there isn't much difference,,,,.

ah. if you can, send me images of setting for rendering and images for setting of atmosphere,so i see better

I have a GeForce GTX 570. And a windows xp64 i7 CPU 920 11.9 G of ram. Btw what whats the resolution of the animation?

resolution was 800x600,after with after effect i have resized the movie,howewer original resolution was 800 x600

How did you get your rendertime down so low? My computer takes 9 hours to render one second for a scene like this.

this depend from the RAM or from your graphic hardware.....what you have NVIDIA ? GEFORCE?

however vue is a software that take much time for rendering in general......

How many frames are there and the rendertime? Whats your system specs? Im trying to build a similar scene.
