Rarely seen early film starring a young Ewan McGregor. Family Style won the Lloyds Bank Film Challenge in 1993. Written by Matthew Cooper and starring a pre Trainspotting Ewan McGregor. It's also an early work of director Justin Chadwick who would go onto direct The Other Boleyn Girl more than a decade later.

  • @Andreawantstodie And of course Ewan is now living in Britain, that can make him see the things differently too, some actors when being praised by the metropolis forget their roots. It happens something very similar to Catalan actors in Madrid.

  • @Andreawantstodie anyway, it cannot be proved until Scotland gets the chance, it is a mature country to have the same opportunity other countries in Europe have and self determination of peoples is a right by the UN, I've read many statements of Ewan supporting that. Of course, it is not necessary to be Anti-British, above all because Britain is a democratic country like Canada or Denmark and opposite to Russia or Spain which deny this right to its inside nations.

  • does his father abuse him

  • @WallaceWilliam4 Despite criticising Sir Sean for his views, Ewan slammed anti-English feeling in Scotland - and says independence would make it even worse. He said: "I like the idea of Great Britain, there's a kind of anti-Englishness - or there was when I left - that I didn't like. And I can't imagine that independence would make that any better."

  • Ok a political question, do you know if Ewan McGregor is in favour of independence of Scotland as Sean Connery is? I am really curious.

  • Thank you soooo much

  • thanks very much for uploading - I thought I'd never see it. How sweet the young Ewan was. I love this calm kind of speaking
