VW Baja in a Weekend

Back in 1999 we (Bob & Eric) Built a Baja in 7 Days from cutting to paint. The next weekend we were showing it at a car show. This was not the best Baja in the world or the worst but it was a fun project. Looked good and did the Job. As you can see we did most of the work in 1 day. The 2nd day was mostly painting and putting trim parts back on the Baja. If we had every thing that was needed we could of been done with the Baja that weekend..

Nice job. We are doing our first Bug project, and the 2nd one will be a Baja for our son. He's only 11 right now so it should be ready by the time he is old enough to drive it..thanks for the video!

I had ended up with a train reck of one that looked similar to yours but the pan was rusted out (as per usual in a vw) and i had to do little body work if u want i will post my work on here to show u guys

Wonderful machine-Try using it for prospecting,these machines are so much more useful than four wheelers,and the area you are cruising around is loaded with gold,good luck....................

It has hard urathan Bushing, Not rubber bushings. great for off road use but the urathane is squeaky.
