http://HulseStrength.com - I make no claims to be a kettlebell "guru" like so many on the internet propose.... but I think these things are pretty cool and adds variety to our training programs at Strength Camp.

  • Dude, you have no business giving tips or opinions regarding KBs. Your form is terrible, and you're going to get your clients hurt. The clean and jerks are really bad. Hopefully some of your clients read this and get a new PT. Really dude, you should get a new job before you seriously hurt someone with your poor training advice.

  • @xcerciseman - i am amazed at how many "kettlebell experts", with no videos, no clients, no gym and probably no muscle, comment on this video! its a heavy ball with a freaking handle!! apparently you've all been brainwashed by the RKC russian marketers who have you believe that there is some magic formula for using this silly thing! Here's my magic formula... pick up something heavy and train like a man, if you can!

  • @BentropySS With all due respect I must disagree. Form is of utmost importance for all kettlebell work. Improper form can cause untold damage to the back and joints. In this video many of the practitioners are using form that could be potentially dangerous. I feel that the video may do a disservice to HulseStrength because of the poor form displayed.

  • @strengthcamp awesome video

  • @strengthcamp its true that lifting heavy things make you stronger as your saying but kettlebells are indeed different by design so what your saying isnt entirely true. kettlebells unlike barbells and dumbells arent meant to be used as a tool for isolated exorsizes. there meant to be trained with to use your body as a single unit unlike fhe focusing on single muscles in isolated exorsizes. kettlebells are unbalanced weight that also forces smaller muscles(stabilizers)to get stronger by balancing

  • @xcerciseman Eat those apples.

  • I believe the whole issue of form for kettlebells is really that if you have better form generally you can use more weight. Which helps the explosive power generation that they're generally supposed to be good for. But then again if you're doing them more for cardio, one would suppose form wouldn't be as important, and anyway the bells would be lighter in those cases...

  • Form on these guy's doesn't look so hot except for the coach

  • @strengthcamp Hey Elliot I think your great man. I think RKC do market too much and are overpriced.Allot of people think kettlebells are the "be all and end all" but they are not. Im a kettlebell coach and Im not afraid the so say it. I think the high reps cause lots of grit in the shoulders and the hips. But if you are going to do them they should be done right to reduce the risk of any injury. If you get the time dude could you look at my deadlift vid would love to get some feedback. Peace bro!

  • ya.. im gonna go with he can handle a little stress on his back, buncha faggots.

  • i got 16kg at home

  • love when trolls say i have a degree in this or that, well thats great but your not getting yourself any field expirience by knocking someones form over the internet its like a doctor telling me i have strep throat in a comment thanks doc wanna write me a prescription while your at it oh wait you cant
