  • yo im 5'9 250 not fat but not muscular should i lift heavy to get big arms like that? plus i have a problem doing sit ups trying to flatten my belly what should i do any advice bro? msg me if u do thank u

  • Am natural body builder and he is 100% right also your diet plays alot of part as well Hugo maybe you should show a video of type of foods to eat or some meal suggestions. EG eatting poridge in the mornings good set of fiber etc planning meals etc

  • Hugo knows what hes talking about. I was a skinny dude until I picked up one of his books the body sculpting bible. I bought his e-program the body re-engineering afterwards. I been using his princples for a while, and I got pretty big. It was hard to do it at my gym since my gym was small and i cant do supersets, but i did what i could. I been lazy lately so I been doing compound strength training workouts so i can workup to using his programs again. Sean Nalenywanji is cool too.
