Well, 2 cards have slashed my limits already. I have deduced that they do not want to extend credit now, so that the balance owed will be protected from the law which will prevent them from raising rates on "existing" balances. So, I have a silly question for you Cong Kanjorski. = why does this take a year before going into effect? To give the nice CC companies enuff time to damage our FICO scores so they can only extend more credit at higher rates?

pfffttt!
