This song is really hard to sing along to as the lyrics are so tricky to pronounce, so I reckon that's why he has the sheet. GREAT clip, I love this song, it still sounds really fresh!

The Beautiful South are great. But, in a lot of their live clips on YouTube, Paul is singing from a song sheet. Does anyone know why? Didn't he write these songs?

@bigfatuglypig33 There are others who use song sheets, think Shaun Ryder (Happy Mondays) (Correct if wrong) uses sheets taped to the floor. Think they might just have difficulty remembering lyrics.
