  • I used to race at Ellesmere Port Speedway when Kenny started, he stuggled like the rest of us! if he was "bank rolled" why did I have to go back to my house to give him a primary chain so he could continue racing that day, he was a talent albeit a hot headed talent, I was on the center green when he collided with Stuart Shirley and I saw him die at my feet, this had a profound affect on Kenny and the rest of us as riders, if you have never rode? don't mock what you don't know!

  • Bruce Penhall was given everything he had including the world title, the ref himself admitted afterwards that he had made the wrong decision, if Bruce had kept his opinions to himself instead of making himself out to be a knob, far more people would have respected him regardless of who won, kenny worked hard for what he got wasn't given it like a spoilt little boy Bruce is,yes what happened happened and yes he was a troubled man but twice the man Bruce up his own spoilt arse penhall will ever be

  • Typical yank - big mouthed, opinioniated and always so right!!! I am so happy that his acting career crashed and burned. Kenny had to overcome such a horrible childhood and Penhall had it all.

  • dressed as a cowboy.....answers all my questions bruce.

  • I always admired that Penhall, despite being sited as a dangerous rider by several competitors, conducted himself with dignity. It seems that dumping speedway in favour of an acting career that tanked, has made him bitter enough to surrender that dignity and bitch in the most embarrassing and immature way about Carter.

    Silly spoilt little girl !

  • Everything Penhall said was the truth. They were rivals Bruce didnt have to like kenny and he didnt for what ever reason. What ever kenny did in his personal life was between kenny and his family the law and GOD. Fact is Bruce beat kenny! Just like bruce said he didnt leave him any room, and didnt have to. Do you think kenny wouldnt have done the same thing Bruce did? God damm right he would have. BOTTOM LINE Bruce was faster than kenny.

  • @scottyav I know not everyone liked Kenny, Im not commenting about Penhalls riding, its how he speaks about Kenny in the interview, Kenny isn't here to answer. It will be 24 years since they passed and Penhall was being pathetic in that interview.

  • @BoDiddley111 i knew both , i liked kenny but he was a loose cannon and killing his wife makes him a prick and no man.

  • I never realised bruce penhall was such a cock.

  • let kenny carter rest in peace . he did not have any when he was alive .he has kids out there who have suffered enough when their mum was shot. what the f--k has this to do with the brilliant bruce penhall
