This video is showing changing of the sentries which occurs every 2 hours, the changing of the guard happens every 24 hrs except xmas when the guard are on duty for 48 hrs, and according to popular misinformation the sentries are not allowed to stand still for more than 2 minutes, they have to patrol a certain number of paces to the left or right of their post.

they will also have boundaries some sentry points are marked out with white paint for visible representation to the public but not all, cross the pain or the boundry and these guards will lett you know your not supposed to :)
