Gashaw Adal was one of the important players in the Ethiopian music scene in the 80s. Many of his songs are immediately recognizable, along with the style of the music. Unfortunately he passed way before his time. We should all do our part to bring his legacy to the internet age.

His first Album was in 1987. I remember it was popular in Asmara, my favorite album by the way. if you have it please upload some of his songs from his first album . This is his second album 1988 or 89. Thank you for sharing. I knew he had some skin disease but I didn't know he passed away. R.I.P. I love the song '' kelel bey kolel bey kolel bey alkale enda bay minch wuha ahehe endaw enda mele...'' Love him...may his soul rest in peace..
