  • I heard about that on videos before. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche really is the best person I can relate to, as Rinpoche spoke about growing up in America, the things he did , the parties, etc. Yet, Rinpoche could still be spiritual and keep up with his Dharma practice.

  • It's true. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche would be able to relate to us modern spiritual seekers better, as Rinpoche grew up in the United States as a normal "kid", and later hanging out in California. Many people don't know that Rinpoche worked many "normal jobs" to first save enough money to go become a monk.

  • I read Tsem Tulku Rinpoche's book, Gurus for Hire. I highly recommend this book. Rinpoche is really the best person to comment on topics like guru devotion, and the spiritual path, as he was a spiritual seeker, a student, serving many Gurus, and later being a Guru himself.

  • @MoiraKelly1 Rinpoche was a student of and was serving Geshe Tsultim Gyeltsen in America when he was a teenager.

  • Tsem Tulku Rinpoche has a niche, he was the "average Dharma student" trying his best serving his Guru and looking for spiritual path, just like any of us modern people living a normal life, before he become the Guru himself.

  • I never thought about that until you brought it up. Yeah, it's great. I mean Tsem Tulku Rinpoche was not the "golden child", he was "one of us" , as a Dharma student serving his Guru, and only later he became the Guru. Quite interesting.

  • Amazing. Gekulas comment that Tsem Tulku Rinpoches Dharma teaching was good to hear at that time, when Rinpoche was just a young monk in the monastery.

  • What a nice advice from Gekula about Dharma work and path. That these students are very fortunate to have a good Guru like H.E. Tsem Tulku Rinpoche.

  • I like the videos of What Tsem Rinpoche thinks of the Dalai Lama??!! Rinpoche shares a lot about his interaction with his Gurus in these videos.

  • I guess thats why Rinpoches words are influential he has been practicing Guru Devotion when he was just a student, up till today. If you watch the videos, you will see how Rinpoche always show respects when Rinpoche talks about his Gurus.
