Jasper in August or September of 2006 - he was about 8 weeks old. I taped him in a deep sleep. I can't believe he was once this little. It's all about the whiskers. And a little REM at one point.

I'm SO glad he can still have sweet dreams!! Our Pittie is very small & she gets along fabulously with our German Shorthaired Pointer crew...I just wanted to drop in & let you know that I'm sorry Jasper & you had to go through something so horrible!! And shame on the doggy daycare owner and the Pittie's owners for not having worked more with them! :)

Thank you. "They" say - dog trainers/the vets - that the "pack mentality" can happen when a pack perceives a weak dog. The pack, following a lead dog, will attack regardless of training or the owner's treatment. So the key is supervision, not training as they are acting on instinct alone. The other issue is size of the dog and capacity for biting power. And obviously if you have your dog in daycare with large breeds, or fighting breeds, there is potential for more damage if a fight breaks out.
