I don't understand the things with Center and Backcenter , are they all necessarily? Or having the backdoors is enough?

how he made the map is easy and waypoints
as for the train question u have to put waypoints around ur traintrack and in the box put railroad
then put a train engine on it

Can you make a video of how you all start it? By this I mean how you get the land and water tools up and running, the waypoints, all that basic stuff.

that isn't a waypoint it's the map boundaries everything that's out of that box will not visible when you play the map
