yeah. lol i was wrestling with my dad a few days ago and he had me on my back faster than i could come up with the answer for two plus two lol. he's shown me some marine combat self defense not all of it mind you but enought to keep my ass from being kicked lol. one time a guy who didn't know me swung at me and i countered attacked by dodging with my waist and coming back with an elbow haha knocked him on his ass and his nose was bleeding fucking awesome!! lol
