One of the greatest, if not possibly the greatest unreleased Macca tracks. Only "A Love For You" from the "Ram" sessions ranks this high (that did get finally released on "The In-Laws" soundtrack album many years later). Probably better than anything on "London Town" itself, or at the very least the equal of the best material there. Blessings!

Yes, this IS an unreleased Macca song that deserves to have been released. And nice coloured pictures too Beatleboybob!

It does sound like a Pipes of Peace song. Good call three years ago.

@BonelessSausage This is an outtake from London Town

why not release all this stuff now instead of the crap he releases now

Effing Christ, why ISN'T this on the album?!

I LOVE this song!! But I have to say, Paul is incredibly bad at deciding what should make it onto an album and what should remain in the vaults, or get shunted to a single B-side. "Daytime Nighttime Suffering" leaps to mind from the same period.

I owe Macca money for listening to this tune so much here. The bridge starting at 1:49 is typical MPL brilliance. Now I have an earworm with this song all the time. Hope that it comes out on the London Town remaster as an extra. Pop brilliance.

Vampire Weekend should cover this song.

Replace "The Other Me" with it.Pacing is similar but this song is far superior.
