Some of us get implants because after breast feeding the breast shrinks and sags and looks like a deflated balloon or a poached egg and even if you don't like the look of breast implants, they certainly look better than that (have a look at some before and after photos, you can always spot the women who had breast fed). Re the risks, depends on how good the surgeon is. Not all breast implants look fake and hard, depends on how big you go, how much breast tissue you had orginally.

I hate the look of breast implants. Most of the ones I've seen look gross. I prefer a woman with small natural breasts to a woman with implants, any day.
I think it sad that people feel unhappy within their own bodies and feel the need to resort to surgery. They should look within and find the real issues that are affecting them.

@XxDarkDelightxX If ur cousin's boobs r hard as rocks that's from capsular contracture (scar tissue). That shouldn't happen with today's implants. They use 'rough edge' technology to stop scarring forming. If u see the implant, it feels kinda furry & isn't like a smooth bag... more like white hairs on it. I had mine done with the new hi-cohesive silicone a year ago. I have minimal scarring, beautiful breasts & NO side effects. Everything feels normal. The key is don't go too big in one go!

I think people should do what makes them feel good about themselves, if someone wants breats augmentation because it will make them feel sexy and that it wasn't because its what they thought they were supposed look like then I see nothing wrong with it.
