Keri Blackwell, program officer for Chicago LISC, is joined by a panel of members from community organizations. This presentation features a discussion on their approach to comprehensive community development enacted throughout neighborhoods in Chicago. This consists of helping low-income communities become good places to live, work, do business and raise families.
