where can i find this fig for less than 70 bucks obtibotimus?

Hi, I don't suppose you know how the torso is connected to legs, do you? I have this fig but the shoulder had a brittle joint that snapped and I've seen the new Steel Mill T-1000 fig uses the same upper body. I was planning to swap it over but I don't think anyone knows and NECA have zero customer service!
