SethBling's Mob-Proof Doorway

I came up with a new kind of doorway which allows players to pass freely, but will kill mobs and leave their loot.

@shihmeng91 any "halfblock" will do, signposts as used here .. ladders .. trapdoors and so on, you can also open chests with halfblocks on top of it .. so many use a piece of ladder for that ^^
