  • Thanks for posting this. Tampopo has been a part of my movie library for some time... and I never tire of it. This scene is about passion for food, a man's dying thoughts. Out of context this is an odd scene, with albeit great acting, but you need to watch the movie in it's entirety to "get" it. Enjoy!

  • He was my favorite character in the entire movie. This was such a sad scene.
