All'uscita della Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II si raggiunge la Piazza della Scala. Costruita nell'anno 1778, la Scala rappresenta oggi il teatro d'opera più famoso del mondo. At the end of Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II. you reach the Scala square. In the center of the square, there is the monument of the genius Leonardo da Vinci. The Scala Opera Theatre doesn't seem an extravagant building. Built in the year 1778, today it is one of the most famous opera houses in the world. The façade and the splendid theatre-room are constructed in a new-classical style by the architect Giuseppe Piermarini. The Scala theater took its name from the church of Santa Maria della Scala on that's ruins has been built. Die Mailänder Scala - Das berühmteste Opernhaus der

Der Theaterraum bietet 2200 Gästen im Parkett, 4 Logenrängen und 2 Galerien Platz. Man erreicht das Opernhaus vom Domplatz aus durch die Galerie Vittorio Emanuele II. An deren Ende steht man auf der Piazza della Scala.
