Whether anyone believes it or not shouldn't really be a concern of yours. Unless your life is a utopia I'm sure you have much more to worry about then this. Whether one believes it or not doesn't matter. The one who believes it can feel good about it. the one who doesn't can feel all negative inside because they don't. Take it as a parable at least. Thanks for the comment.

Actually it is a concern of mine b/c if I don't beleive in God I can't be elected to office in my stat based upon the lack of belief.I don't know about you but I care whether or not what I believe is true.I don't feel negative inside b/c I don't try & force myself to believe in something that can't possibly be true. You can beleive whatever you wish as long as it doesn't infringe on other people's right to happiness. Peace.

You may not believe me, and I accept if you don't. But I couldn't agree more with your statement. Thanks for posting.

I would like to also say that I do not believe Church and state should be connected. Assuming you are an American, it's the founding fathers who tried to separate the two when America was founded. Those who use faith in politics are ideological, not spiritual. Faith is something that survives without enforcing it on people through rules and policies. Seems sometimes like those who try and enforce laws and policies are afraid their religion will get lost. Maybe it will, but the spiritual will not
