  • @EnglishGentleman991 What might be easy for you may be rocket science for others. If you are a developer, yes, this is easy, but if you are new to SP, then not so at all.

  • @anyone reading the remarks below: This example is a very basic one, however requires some knowledge of SharePoint and InfoPath (used to create the expense form used). The workflow part is explained AFTER the form is correctly placed (after minute 5. So likely people below didn't like the first 5 minutes and stopped watching all together.

  • Why is there never any advanced stuff. This bit was easy to work out,

  • This is not workflow!

  • its not a approval workflow. plz correct it.

  • you guys are way harsh. The approval part is that a manager has to approve the expense if its less then 5000 dollars and greater then that has to be approved by a supervisor.

The voice played fine for me so you might want to see if your cpu is fast enough or that you have a recent codec.

The email part is only to notify the manager or the supervisor that a new expense report has been posted.

  • @stack100h my bad..

  • Change that TITLE this is not an approval Workflow!

  • lmao

  • tha'ts the yankee accent for ya
