The Teens' Speech(2009)- Dos and Don'ts

Some House Rules for The Teens' Speech.
Tell us your age, tell us your first name, or a nickname if you like, but please don't use your full name. Also if you want to talk about anyone else only use their first name.
Don't film against a recognisable background or give away your phone number, email address or school.
Tell us where in the UK you live, but not your exact address. Don't film against a recognisable background like your street name or front door.
We think a video 3 minutes or under is just perfect. Be honest with your opinion, if you've got something to say, we want to hear it, but please, don't use offensive language.
If there's a group of you that want to chat about the topic, that's fine, just make sure we can hear you all clearly.

Okay, I realise that this is a ridiculous question before I ask it, seeing as this is a UK charity, but do you have to be from the UK to upload a video, or if you feel strongly enough about it but are from another country eg Australia, can you still have a say?
