This is an OLD house.... I made it three months before this posting date! but I love it!!!
cheats used:
boolProp snapObjectsToGrid false: no grid
boolprop allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true: 45 degree angle furniture
move_objects on: everyone know this one!
EPs:

pets
open for buissness
nightlife
seasons
glamor life
kitchen and bath stuff
ikea stuff
happy holiday stuff
