This pipeline and oil tankers are the stupidest idea ever. Why spend billions to lose billions for the cleanup of all the damage it is going to inevitably cause. If the country needs money so bad, legalize marijuana, billions of dollars made right there, and no ecological disaster to cleanup, well except for maybe all the discarded chip bags on the highway.
