Airbus A380 Lufthansa Economy Canon Powershot SX230 HS video

This a video of Flight LH 454 from Frankfurt to SFO. The video shows the majority of Lufthansa's economy class layout.

The A380 seats are very comfortable. They are thin but provide excellent cushioning for a 10 hour flight. Knee room as seen in the video is great - 2 to 3 inches between my knee and the back the seat. I stand at 5ft 11 inches (180 cm) and could stretch out my legs. The middle seat does have an A/V box. Cabin is a 3 x 4 x 3 configuration.

On the Gate information screen what does the green dot blinking left to right indicate? Does this mean the gate is open or the flight is ready to board?

Yes, the aircraft holds so many more people the board acts like a traffic light to regulate traffic to the lower economy cabin. Business and first class are kept in a more luxurious separate lounge and placed on top of the aircraft.

Hey! I'll probably fly the a380 to New York in July and I wonder... About the legroom. Is it bigger than normal flights? Because I'm 195cm (6"4') and I'm a bit worried, since it's such a long flight :S

Stop saying SQ is better. It maybe is but lufthansa is still very good and for people who say thery fly much. How are u a frequent travveller when u fly economy ever herd somthing about miles and more. Im 13 and i upgrade my self to buis for first because i save miles. So please dont shit with me and lie.
