Bioshock on a Macbook Pro 2.4 Ghz 15"

This is Bioshock on my Macbook Pro 15 inch + Windows XP Pro using Bootcamp.

specs:
2.4Ghz Merom Core 2 Duo (Santa Rosa Platform)
2x2GB dual channel ram
7200 RPM HD 160 GB
GeForce 8600M GT 256MB GDDR3
15 inch mate display 1440x900 (native resolution)

Bioshock graphics are maxed out and the resolution is 960x600. Although the reso seems very low, the graphics still look stunning! The average fps I have is 30+, with drops to 18 fps and peaks on 55 fps (90 fps in puzzle games). Bioshock on this notebook is not that bad at all. Enjoy the video!

Increased the speed on the loading parts, ingame footage is realtime.

@homersimpson587 Yeah the Ati Radeon 4670 is about 2-3x faster as the 9400M.

What if I had the ATI Radeon HD card? Would it be considerably faster?

@homersimpson587 Please note that my 8600M is 25-50% faster as the onboard 9400M. You will be able to run Bioshock but I don't know on what settings.

Nvidia card. It just looks like your running it fine on a notebook, and with boot camp as well.
