@IrishEyez01 I agree with your comments about Rambova. This was his "come back" film, and you can see her hand in it. She never understood what his appeal was--flouncing around in lace and brocade just gave his enemies ammunition. He was her boy-toy--I mean, come on, how long does it take to put on a shirt? I've never seen a man stretch like that--it was just an excuse to show off his body. He would perform for only a short while and his fans lost future performances because of her selfishness

Did you know I was referring to the scene in "It Happened One Night" when Clark Gable took his shirt off and -- oh shock of shocks -- he wasn't wearing an undershirt? It started a big no-undershirt trend among men. Sorry, Clark, Rudy was way ahead of you!
