  • Here's my opinion, Canola oil - not good for you, my personal favorites Olive oil and Coconut oil, also the Saturated Fat in Beef (for example) is not bad for you, Trans fats in Donuts (for example) should be avoided at all cost, The nuts are okay - you forgot to mention RAW, and preferably organic. The fish is a good choice only if it's caught in the wild, Fish farms - not good,Avocado = awesome, and eggs - free range / organic.

  • What you're saying is right. I've done a Masters in Herbal Pharmacology & am over hearing about no fat diets...see my video on the same topic.

  • Saturated fat restriction has REPEATEDLY FAILED to lower CHD mortality or incidence in randomized clinical dietary intervention trials.
