@egypt1986man I remember hearing this around the time the movie came out. I was about 4 at the time.
Everything had to be Superman in my bedroom. :) I even had the 2 LP Warner Bros version of the soundtrack.

Superman , Superman 2, AND Superman Returns were great movies.
It's technically the Superman trilogy. I don't care who hates Superman Returns.
Superman 3 and 4 were awful.

I think it was a good idea to not start the actual movie version of the theme until about the :20 second point. The build up....when you see the "Warner Brothers Presents" fly towards the screen.....your heart starts racing....."A (Enter Current Producer's Name Here) Production".....you know he's coming.....and then BOOOOM! SUPERMAN!!!!
