I was kinda thinking that too after seeing the anime but I still like both voices they both still sound hot. Did you notice that Makoto from the anime was a bit more cold and distant than the game version?

the singer has a nice voice, and sings deep.

but it seems like the producers of the game, tweaked her voice to distort it deeper than it actually is. distort as in you can literally hear that something was done to it.

the OST of this compared to the game, sounds a lot better.
