Paul was the first artist to play Shea Stadium, when he and the Beatles played there in 1965. therefore i think it was cool that Billy invited him on stage to do the very last song! A really nice gesture from Billy:)

I was trying to get the recording of the crowd and McCartney; as you may have guessed by my yeeeeeea's I have a big mouth and would drown it out.

StuBot thank you for the video... forget everyone that is hating because they weren't there... anyone who was there couldn't help themselves but singing at the top of their lungs... absolutely amazing experience, once in a lifetime.

Right on, thats the way it was, you couldn't help but scream out loud. You're welcome for the video- there are many better vids from the evening, and the one that Billy will release will trump us all who posted, but the idea here is to express to others what we saw and experienced that night- thank YOU for appreciating the effort by all.
