The European Commission president stated the Treaty of Lisbon is not dead, despite its rejection in a referendum. In this clip, Margot Wallström, vice-president of the European Commission, is asked what voters would have to do to kill the Treaty. She repeatedly avoids the question. The implication is that there is nothing voters can do, because the European Commission will push on regardless.
