these rivalries predate modern governments. we have ancient religous dogma, then e.t. contact and technilogy influx in the 40's. now controling technology is in place for the final grab of power and control. they'll use war and Earth changes. this is an extremly patient plan that has been in the undertaking for thousands of years. you only have to research it correctly to see it. once it's all laid out it's easy to make the connections.
