A Comcast Technician Sleeping on my Couch

Ive fallen asleep waiting on hold with comcast. SO WHAT! You got him fired for that? We are all human man. Be lucky that there no asshole secretly video taping you at work. He was having the same issues with COMCAST that you have hes just an EMPLOYEE (well he was before he met you). BTW anyone that thinks racism is dead in America should read YOUTUBE comments. wow

There company should be named Comcrap and I hate comcast, I switched to At&t it is awesome best service ever. I remember when we needed service we would ask for someone it would take them a month to show up and when they would finally come the Technician would be like "Oh I don't work in this department I will send someone else". It made me incredibly mad. Also if you noticed only African Americans work there. Racism maybe

Your an ass that apparently has nothing to do all day, but get people fired from their jobs. Big deal, he fell asleep waiting for a response on the phone. He lost his job b/c of this. He did nothing to hurt you or your service, the tech was just doing his job and fell asleep waiting on the phone. He really did not do anything wrong.
