A Comcast technician came to replace a faulty modem. After spending an hour on hold with Comcast's central office, he fell asleep on my couch. I've been in my apartment for three weeks and my internet connection is still non-functional. This is my tribute to Comcast, their low quality technology and their poor customer service.

UPDATE: My service has been restored. A Comcast team spent five hours to get everything up and running. Thanks for all your advice.

  • im a cable installer and theres been many time that ive nearly fallen asleep at customers houses on hold, when your working 14-16hrs a day 6 days a week it breaks you down fast....and yea he probably was fired thanks to this video and not his fault at all poor guy

  • @punk3ch0 Bullshit. Comcast has by far the worst customer service ever. In the past year I had to trade in my modem and cable box five times because they keep giving me faulty (that people have already returned) equipment. There is something wrong with my cable connection and for five months they have sat on their ass and done nothing about it even after having someone come in to check the line. It takes a fucking week to get a technician to come to my house.

  • I think it all depends on where you're at. Here in Keizer, OR my reps have been very prompt and helpful. Though trying to call any 1-800 #'s you definitely have long hold times

  • The problem with ALL of the service providers is that they dont want to pay the money to get a GOOD/EXPERIENCED tech. Ive been in the IT industry for 4 years. and I can GUARANTEE that i could get your system back up within an hour. they shouldnt have to call customer support. I refuse to even work for companys like this due to the fact that they dont pay well, and they wont give the techs the access they need to trouble shoot the problems efficiently.

  • Record your tits bouncing next time instead of you messing with some poor guy stuck on the phone with the machine he works for. You mam are a turd and need to find a better hobby than pissing on your cable conpany
