@spandit if a person has tons of experience like this guy probably does. angled wood is not a problem. I have been climbing trees for over 25yrs and often times i am cutting hanging upside down about 60ft in the air and completely in control. its a matter of experience and control and respect.
I'm new to chainsawing but when he cut that log at the end, the tip got very close to the larger log it was leaning on (which is what causes kickback). I'd also question cutting something that was leaning like that - surely it would be better to have it horizontal to reduce the chances of pinching the blade?

Love that he wears the helmet to protect him from kick backs.
