It's a commercial for the show "Germany's Next Topmodel"!
It's like an introduction. The woman says:
"Germany's Next Topmodel is presented by the new Scirocco by Volkswagen"
and
"Now it's going on with the new Scirocco by Volkswagen" . . .
They play the spot in the beginning, in the breaks and in the end. So the text is only differentiating (adapted to the situation). The message is still the same!
