  • But like this it destorts every thing,how could I make it destort only the smoke?

  • This technique has to be composited with another render. You can render this with the sky as 0 alpha, and then composite it into the outside render using the Sequencer, or I guess another compositing software, like After Effects.

    You can also render the distorted smoke, and have it as a texture on a bilboard in an undistorted scene.
