I love to watch snakes flicker their forked tongues. But they flicker so fast, it's hard to see all the details of the motions. In slow motion, it is much easier to see how beautiful and graceful snakes are as they explore their environments with their tongues.

  • "This tastes like plastic"

  • @PsychoBillyNiki But it isn't plastic, though!

  • @ZooVisitorMM Really? That really looks like a silk plant... might just be all the bright lighting and the angle it's sitting at

  • @PsychoBillyNiki I double checked, and you are right. The exhibit has a mix of real and artificial plants, but the ones I think you are referring to are not real.

  • @PsychoBillyNiki I'll double check. If I am right, I'll let you know. (Just kidding - I'll let you know either way.) I'm curious about this now, too. The Zoo does such a good job of setting up realistic looking settings that it is sometimes hard to tell.

  • very nice

  • @markhigno Thanks! (It's good to hear from you again!)

  • I've always loved the Cobras !!! They are magnificent creatures and you can see how intelligent they are in their eyes. For sure one of natures most well defined creatures with very good eyesight and amazing colors. I'd love to keep one and have always have wanted one with the exception I have grandchildren and many friends so wouldn't be a safe environment. Beautiful capture Merry !!

  • Awesome. When I go for the flicker or a strike I have a camera that shoots 720P at 60FPS that works out great for slowing down footage so our eyes can see it. Do you know what the frame rate was on the camera used here?
