Chicago is a huge influence in my music. Unfortunatly, there are no horn players in my band. But we are able to perform Chicago's "I'm a Man." I know I aready have this posted elsewhere on my channel, but I have now figured out how to post in high quality, so I decided to repost it.
In this band, I do what Ray Manzarek used to do in the Doors - play keyboard parts with my right hand and the bass parts with my left hand.
I use a Kurzweil K2500X for my performances. The Ensoniq that is on the top row of my keyboard stand is not used any more - I just rely on the Kurzweil now.
I work hard in practice to teach my left hand to play bass like Jason Scheff and my right hand to play keyboards like Robert Lamm and Bill Champlin.
Enjoy.
