Yes he is. He plan on on being president of USA but can't since he isn't born in USA. So He planned on being a bodybuilder, star in movies is get famous, get as much fans who love him, marry a Kennedy, becoming a governor. Remember his goal is the be come president of USA. So next step is to try get someone to change the policies so you don't have to born an american to be become a president.

... That makes me like him so much more. I didn't think i could like him more after the 1st Conan movie, but then Terminator came out. And again i though i couldn't like him more, then T2 Came out... And some where in there was Predator, Total Recall, Twins.... but now this. Though i love Bill Richardson... i want Arnold to be the Governor of my state next.
