This 4 minute video is a performance promotion for the upcoming Abraham Lincoln bicentennial and highlights how the 1st Brigade Band can tailor a performance for your historical venue this coming year. The band features a number of Lincoln themed musical sequences in its Historical Programs. Not just a band concert, but stories and song that convey the passion and spirit of the country in the midst of the American Civil War. Performed by costumed narrators and soloists before a band playing original antique brass, woodwinds and drums, attired in the uniform of the band of the 1st Brigade, 3d Division, 15th Army Corps of 1864.

  • Great show! They also perform as a civilian pre-Civil War Band. Lincoln's favorite song in 1858 was Dixie!
