Webcam video with Burt Harding.

Why do we get stuck? Is it possible that we are stuck in our beliefs and ways of living that venturing forward would produce a threat to our personal identity?

  • The best thing you could do for anyone that you love, is be happy! And the very worst thing that you could do for anyone that you love, is be unhappy, and then ask them to to try to change it, when there is nothing that anybody else can do that will make you happy. If it is your dominant intent to hold yourself in vibrational harmony with who you really are, you could never offer any action that would cause anybody else to be unhappy.

  • I experienced stuckness recently. I didnt realise i was stuck though because i kept avoiding it. When i confronted the problem and accepted it i very clearly realised a feeling of being stuck, all in the mind of course and all self created. Was talking to someone the other eve who had a problem and i could clearly see she too was stuck. I could only advise her of what i knew and then it was up to her how much of what i had told her she then listened to. Fear and habit both create stuckness.

  • This is by far one of the most poignant videos ever. You've incisively and most eloquently explained something that encompasses almost everyone. It never occurred to me that "Stuckness" was caused by a lack of intimacy with ones feelings. Most of the time I tried to 'fix' it by learning more skills, blaming things/other people/make excuses etc... but you nailed it! It makes perfect sense to me that our 'comfort zones' are just a self delusion to protect us from discovering who we really are.

  • I look at you and I feel so much a peace!

    Thank you.

  • to be or not to be, that is the question i guess - replying to the 9/11 thing~~

  • No such word as "stuckness".

  • after watching this i did the exercise of intimacy or should the true meaning in-to-me-see. as i focused on dealing with people i work with i felt all the feelings in my body i would normally have, and with my eyes closed visited those part of my body and mind that i had such negative feelings and miraculously they just evaporated. in-to-me-see is very valuable because all intimacy is about what you feel inside and focusing on it helps you understand it. strong negativity moved away so fast WHY

  • so according to this guy: 09/11 was a blessing for your "stuckness"

    riiighhtt.....

  • i dont even know what all that even means xD but you explain it so well thank you bows

  • Thanks burt. I always enjoy your videos.
