you can fight a guy beat him up untill he has like just a little bit of heath left then pause the game and put the difficultlty up all the way and when you kill the monster with ur next hit the game thinks you did it on hard and you can lvl up very fast doing that...i sometimes wait right outside the gates of oblivion and wait for the little shits to spawn cuz they r much easier to kill
