It is a joke. The expression is "It's all Greek to me" is said when you hear something that you don't understand. For example, a doctor talking about doing surgery or a mechanic talking about fixing your car or even a foreign language. So in this case, it is LITERALLY 'Greek to me' since I don't understand AND it is Greek. When you explain jokes, they cease to be funny.
